Registered Nurse

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients health and creating customized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring patients and their families understand their medical conditions and treatment plans
• Assisting with medical procedures and surgeries
• Documenting patients medical histories and progress
• Responding to medical emergencies
• Participating in case management and discharge planning
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Empathy and compassion towards patients and families
• Ability to adapt to changing healthcare practices and technologies
• Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
