Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with monthend and yearend financial close processes
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist in financial statement analysis and reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support external auditors during financial audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Handle taxrelated tasks and filings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• 12 years of experience in accounting or finance
• CPA or pursuing CPA certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
