Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify individuals strengths and challenges

- Implement therapeutic activities to enhance clients motor skills coordination and mobility
- Teach clients adaptive techniques for daily activities and use of assistive devices
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and caregivers on effective strategies for managing daily challenges
- Monitor and document clients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Advocate for clients needs and promote their independence and wellbeing
- Participate in continuous learning and development of new therapeutic techniques

Required qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state or country
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology
- Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
- Proficiency in using therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate care
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teambased healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and patient confidentiality
- Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and professional standards in occupational therapy
