General Production - Aerospace

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of aerospace components
• Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Inspect and measure completed products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth workflow
• Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and work instructions
• Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from specifications to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in the training of new production team members
• Use precision tools and instruments for accurate assembly and measurement
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar industry
• Knowledge of aerospace materials processes and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production deadlines
• Understanding of quality control processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy components
• Willingness to adhere to strict safety and quality standards
• Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime when necessary
