For one of our clients we are looking for a skilled Contact Center Expert with 15 years of experience in Cisco UCCE Nuance Speech Suite (IVR) and other contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate seamlessly into clients team with minimal transition time and require little oversight. This role is crucial for driving improvements in our contact center processes organizational structure and skill development. Preferably experience working with Utilities.
