Job Description
- Monitor and analyze risk management processes exposures trends and perform risk
- Oversee the Credit Risk team by providing guidance support and direction to ensure the teams goals and objectives are met
- Develop and implement credit risk strategies that align with the companys goal and objectives
- Manage credit risk portfolio ensure the portfolios are performing in line with the organisations goals and objectives
- Review credit applications and perform credit checks (examine financial transactions and credit history case (applications statements legal documents etc)
- Gather additional information about credit applicants from banks credit bureau and other credit services; provide reciprocal information when needed
- Ensure the team complies with relevant regulations and laws related to credit risk management
- Adhere to credit policy and guidelines
- Other roles as may be assigned by COO from time to time
Requirements
Knowledge of economics and accounting principles and practices banking analysis and reporting of financial dataAbility to create and interpret financial spreadsheets
Good use of Microsoft office tools.
