• Responsibilities
  
• Lead the endtoend delivery of telecom software projects from concept to deployment ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with technical leads to define project architecture design and implementation strategies.
  
• Provide handson technical guidance to the development team helping to solve complex technical challenges.
  
• Develop detailed technical project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  
• Drive the of development activities ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and telecom standards.
  
• Continuously monitor project progress and make technical adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  
• Work closely with technical leads and developers to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  
• Enforce quality standards for all deliverables ensuring rigorous testing and validation processes are followed.
  
• Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies software development tools and industry best practices.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance project efficiency and product quality.
  
• Qualification
  
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science
  
• Minimum of 710 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a technical project management role within the telecom industry.
  
• Experience in telecom protocols network management systems or telecom software solutions (e.g. 4G/5G IMS VoIP).
  
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum DevOps).
  
• Strong understanding of software architecture microservices RESTful APIs and cloudbased deployment.
  
• Familiarity with telecom testing tools and environments
  
• Good Understanding of Telecom Protocols
