- Responsibilities
- Lead the endtoend delivery of telecom software projects from concept to deployment ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical leads to define project architecture design and implementation strategies.
- Provide handson technical guidance to the development team helping to solve complex technical challenges.
- Develop detailed technical project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Drive the of development activities ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and telecom standards.
- Continuously monitor project progress and make technical adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Work closely with technical leads and developers to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Enforce quality standards for all deliverables ensuring rigorous testing and validation processes are followed.
- Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies software development tools and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance project efficiency and product quality.
- Qualification
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a technical project management role within the telecom industry.
- Experience in telecom protocols network management systems or telecom software solutions (e.g. 4G/5G IMS VoIP).
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum DevOps).
- Strong understanding of software architecture microservices RESTful APIs and cloudbased deployment.
- Familiarity with telecom testing tools and environments
- Good Understanding of Telecom Protocols
