Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our investment banking team. In this role you will assist in analyzing financial data supporting transactions and contributing to the overall success of our investment banking operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models and valuations for mergers and acquisitions capital raises and other investment banking transactions.
• Conduct industry and company research to support client recommendations and presentations.
• Prepare financial statements reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
• Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial data from various sources.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and bankers on project and client deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze market trends economic conditions and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial analyses and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in finance investment banking or a related field (internships or relevant coursework may be considered).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with financial statements and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
