innotrain Diagnostik GmbH is a producer of medical diagnostics with its headquarters in Kronberg/Taunus near the Main metropolis of Frankfurt and a sales office in the USA. We are an international provider of diagnostics with a focus on molecular biological analyses in the areas of HLA blood groups and human genetics as well as laboratory automation.

Tasks

• Establishment of a molecular biological test system using different methods (e.g. primer design qPCR agarose gel electrophoresis NGS sequencing)
• Independent experimental planning and
• Independent bioinformatic data analysis

Requirements

• Degree in biology / molecular biology / bioinformatics or similar
• Ideally initial theoretical and practical experience in PCR and NGS sequencing
• Ideally initial experience in analysing PCR and NGS raw data using bioinformatics tools
• High motivation reliability and ability to work independently and in a team
