Your mission!

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Plancraft you play a crucial role in scaling the company to become the #1 craftsmen software in Europe. Your key challenges will include:

1. Enhancing our marketing operations to drive growth and efficiency.
2. Implementing and managing marketing automation tools and processes.
3. Utilizing data to drive marketing strategies and decisions.Key Responsibilities:
   

Marketing Technology and Automation:

• Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage marketing automation tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of marketing systems and tools.

DataDriven Marketing:

• Utilize data analytics to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
• Generate comprehensive reports and summaries for management providing actionable insights.

Campaign :

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Track and manage marketing budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Lead Management:

• Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations preferably within a fastpaced startup environment.
• Proven track record in managing marketing technology and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
