In this role the Facility Operations Lead will manage two key facilities: a fivestory 5000squaremeter central kitchen facility in Beirut East and a highprofile restaurant in downtown Beirut. Both locations are at the core of the companys operations ensuring consistent quality and seamless service.

The central kitchen facility runs on Siemens Building Automation Systems (BAS) and supports a highly skilled team of 5 maintenance professionals and a procurement officer. As the Facility Operations Lead you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily maintenance schedules
• Managing vendors and tradespeople
• Ensuring efficient operations of key systems: chillers boilers HVAC units BAS systems and basic plumbing
• Leading with trust providing guidance and fostering a proactive maintenance culture
