Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Danishspeaking customers with travel bookings flight changes hotel reservations and general inquiries.
• Provide solutions to customers regarding itinerary changes cancellations refunds and other travelrelated issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and offer advice and support on travelrelated concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the companys system.
• Deliver highquality customer service in line with company standards and policies.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native Danish speaker with B2C1 proficiency in English.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support; experience in a travel agency is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift environment including weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus.
