Key Responsibilities:

Destination Advisory and Client Support:

• Respond to client inquiries offering expert advice on destinations activities and accommodations.

• Match clients with the best travel options based on their preferences and interests.

• Assist with the booking of flights hotels tours and other travel services.

Custom Travel Itineraries:

• Develop unique and personalized itineraries that reflect the clients travel goals and budget.

• Work with vendors to arrange reservations special requests and itinerary changes.

Documentation and Financial Management:

• Ensure all necessary travel documentation is organized and accurate.

• Collect payments process transactions and issue travel vouchers.

Troubleshooting and Travel Assistance:

• Resolve issues that arise during travel coordinating with service providers to offer timely solutions.

Destination Research and Product Knowledge:
