Job Description

Job Summary: As a Financial Product Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial products evaluating market trends and providing insights to drive product development and strategic decisions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to assess product performance identify opportunities for improvement and support the launch of new financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial products and services to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Develop financial models to evaluate the profitability and risk associated with various products.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with product development teams to design and refine financial products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize product offerings.
- Support the implementation of new products by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and product documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g. CFA CFP) is a plus.
- 25 years of experience in financial analysis product management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools including Excel SQL and financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
