Job description

What youll do & learn

• Contribute to our product strategy and take our clients supply chain operations to the next level
• Solve problems and create value: we are looking for people who are obsessed with delivering value to our users by articulating complex problems setting a compelling vision and driving the outcome
• Manage and prioritize your roadmap in collaboration with the Product Managers Product Designers Tech Leads and Customer Operations teams
• Lead product discovery initiatives in partnership with product designers to identify and deeply understand the needs and pain points of users and the business opportunities for Pelico
• Imagine features to meet our vision and customer needs while ensuring compliance with the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers within a squad to design innovative tech solutions for the manufacturing industry.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (including sales custOps support and company management) to ensure that the features we develop are serving our users & customers in ways that meet the needs of the business.

What you embody

• 3 years of Product Management experience in a tech company
• Genuine interest in our industry and a passion for making an impact
• Interest in working in an international environment with English as your daily language (both spoken and written)
• Enthusiasm energy and a passion for sharing your ideas
• Usercentric thinking especially when it comes to product design
• Problemsolving mindset and skillset with an analytical approach
• Strong organizational skills: you excel at tackling diverse challenges in parallel while collaborating with multiple teams
• Effective team coordination and collaboration skills
