Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resource Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the company s mission and values.
Requirements
HND/ Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Proven years experience of 35 years as HR personnel
Strong knowledge of HR processes policies and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
Problemsolving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
The successful candidate will:
Ability to use Human Resources Information Management Software
Handle employee onboarding orientation and training programs
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Manage employee relations grievances and disciplinary issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Administer employee benefits and leave processes
Prepare HRrelated reports and manage payroll in collaboration with finance
Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance improvement plans
Support staff development and retention programs
Foster a positive and productive work environment
