Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Achieve an expectation of at least 50 quality conversations.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for our Sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas
Requirements
- Any degree is accepted preferably a background in design
- 2 to 5 years of experience in telecalling or customer support industry sector
- Excellent fluency in English and Tamil is required.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
