About the Role:
Cross Border Talents is seeking passionate and detailoriented German Speakers (C1) for a Content Moderator position in Porto. Join a dynamic team and be part of a global effort to ensure safe and accurate online content for users worldwide.

Schedule:

• Rotating Shifts 24/7 (2 days off)
• Location: Onsite at Porto Office Park

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: 950EUR per 14 months
• Language Bonus: 450 EUR per 12 months
• Meal Allowance: 1837EUR per year (net)
• Relocation Package: Flight ticket 3 weeks of accommodation

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online videos content and complaints related to copyright and legal notices from customers.
• Update and audit social media content ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Adhere to strict accuracy guidelines and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Protect customer data and follow all compliance processes.
• Maintain a broad understanding of client products and services.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Strong computer skills and navigation abilities.
• Detailoriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Nice to Have: Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
