SEET Support Education Empower Together is a nonprofit association that helps refugees access higher education in Switzerland. Our program offers mentoring workshops networking and financial support to address the specific needs of refugees especially women who face intersecting disadvantages.

We are looking for a Program Support Manager to join our dynamic team. In this 20% paid position you will provide vital support to our participants and program team playing a crucial role in enhancing educational equity.

Tasks

• Participant Support: Communicate with and guide participants assist with financing requests and coordinate internal processes.
• Program Assistance: Support recruitment and onboarding of participants and manage relevant stakeholder relationships.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative and crossfunctional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1).
• Strong communication skills including intercultural abilities.
• Empathy sensitivity and understanding of the challenges faced by refugees.
• Highly organized reliable and proactive in taking initiative.
• Regular availability for urgent tasks at least every second day during the week.
