Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in the solar industry to manage the daytoday HR operations including recruitment employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR functions maintaining employee satisfaction and supporting the company s growth through talent acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Manage endtoend recruitment for solar industry roles.
  • Handle employee onboarding training and development processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications
  • 1 years of HR experience preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
