Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and desires.
• Performing hair cutting styling and coloring services in line with client preferences and industry trends.
• Advising clients on athome hair care practices and recommending suitable products.
• Assisting clients in choosing appropriate hairstyles or colors based on their facial features and skin tone.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment including disinfecting tools and workstations.
• Staying updated on current hair trends techniques and product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base through excellent service and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborating with salon team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Handling client inquiries appointments and payments in a professional manner.
• Participating in regular training and skill development sessions to enhance expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a stateapproved cosmetology program.
• Licensure as a professional hair stylist in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated experience in performing a wide range of hair services including cutting coloring and styling.
• Proficiency in using various hair care products and tools.
• Strong understanding of different hair types and textures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and interactions.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced salon environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
