To grow these businesses we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter.
Roles and Responsibilities
Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including interviews skills evaluations
and reference checks.
Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Evaluate resumes applications and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination:
Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive
recruitment experience.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates.
Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market changes to inform
recruitment strategies.

Requirements
1. 6 months to 1 Year Experience in endtoend recruitment.
2. Handson experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
3. Bachelors degree.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel.
6. Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
7. Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.
8. Strong organisational and time management skills.
