Job Description

About the Role:
This position requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing a wide range of HR activities including employee relations performance management and compliance. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organizations goals and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:


Employee Relations
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues fostering a positive work environment
  • Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions when necessary

Performance Management
  • Develop and implement performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans

Compensation and Benefits
  • Develop implement and manage the organizations compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct regular market surveys and analyses to ensure competitive compensation structures
  • Design and administer variable pay programs bonuses and incentives

Compliance
  • Stay abreast of local national and international employment laws and regulations
  • Ensure the organizations compliance with labor laws employment standards and related legislation
  • Implement policies and procedures to address compliance requirements

Audit and Reporting
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with compensation policies and legal standards
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities related to compensation and compliance matters

HR Policies and Procedures
  • Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies across the organization

HR Metrics and Reporting
  • Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR key performance indicators

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or related field. Masters degree preferred
  • Proven experience (35 years) in HR operations management with a focus on data analysis and management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Tableau google sheet etc.)
  • Deep understanding of HR systems and databases; experience with HRIS implementation and management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at various organizational levels

Additional Information
  • This is a fulltime position based at our Bangalore office.
  • The role requires dedicating 30% of working hours specifically to datarelated tasks.
