We are looking for a customer centric problem solver. Experience in the solar power or EPC industry would be a plus! Youll collaborate closely with foundersproject managers engineers and other team members to ensure projects meet client specifications industry standards and budget constraints.
Who should apply
- A minimum of 37 years of experience in customerfacing roles preferably within the solar energy sector.
- in a customerfacing role or within the renewable energy industry.
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
- Collaborative spirit both within the commercial team and with the product team
Key Responsibilities include leading the team to accomplish the following tasks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with PSU consumer and industrial clients. Understand their needs preferences and procurement processes to effectively position our solutions.
- Building strong longterm relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Glint Solar through communication and customer education.
- Driving retention and expansion through upselling and crossselling.
- Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
Job Specifications:
- Technical Skills: Zoho Suite is mandatory Calendar Management MS Office/Google Suite.
- Indepth knowledge of various solar mounting systems (rooftop groundmount) is required.
- Soft Skills: Conversational Skills (English Hindi and Gujarathi) Documentation & Presentation Teamwork Organization & Analysis Time Management & Multitasking Learning & Articulation Attention to Detail.
- Qualifications: Bachelors/Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy is preferred
- Strong understanding of solar technologies project development construction processes utility interconnection and city permitting.

- Serve as a customer advocate within the organization ensuring that customer needs and feedback are considered in decisionmaking processes.
