Job Title: Director of Business Intelligence

Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Director of Business Intelligence to lead our data analytics and business intelligence team. This role involves developing datadriven strategies enhancing data infrastructure and delivering actionable insights to drive business growth and decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and systems to support company goals.
• Oversee data collection analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify key metrics and business trends.
• Design and execute complex data models and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure the integration of BI tools and technologies with existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize BI processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Data Science Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business intelligence data analysis or a related role (7 years).
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau Power BI SQL).
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
