Job Description
Job Title: Business Engagement Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Engagement Manager to drive partnerships manage stakeholder relationships and support business development efforts. This role will involve building longterm relationships enhancing business visibility and securing collaboration opportunities. If you have a passion for networking strategic planning and business growth this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders partners and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the companys network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with partner goals.
- Lead engagement efforts including organizing events meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure agreements align with company objectives.
- Track and report on engagement metrics and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business decisions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external partners ensuring clear communication and mutual goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business development partnerships or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business growth.
- Experience in contract negotiation and project management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70000 $90000 annually depending on experience.
- Performancebased bonuses.
