Job Description
Job Title: Senior Client Engagement Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Engagement Manager to lead and manage key client relationships drive strategic growth and ensure the delivery of exceptional client service. In this role you will oversee client engagement efforts aligning company services with client needs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure longterm partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for highlevel clients resolving any issues and addressing their concerns.
- Lead client onboarding engagement strategies and regular checkins.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
- Monitor client feedback and service performance driving improvements when needed.
- Identify opportunities for account growth upselling and crossselling.
- Create and manage client engagement plans ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Provide insights and reports on client engagement metrics to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in client management engagement or account management.
- Proven experience managing seniorlevel client relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across teams in a fastpaced environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: $85000 $110000 per year (depending on experience)
- Performancebased bonuses
- Benefits package (Health Dental 401k etc.)
