Job Description
Skills Provision is seeking qualified General Practitioners for various positions across Australia.
The location of vacancies will depend on the specific role and availability.
Visa sponsorship is available for these positions.
Salary
Competitive pay rates are offered (dependent on experience and qualifications) ranging from AUD 300000 to 650000 per annum.
Role Summary
- Diagnose and treat injuries illnesses and mental health conditions
- Recommend preventative care and rehabilitation plans
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Perform additional duties relevant to the role
Requirements
Education:
For local/national applicants:
- A 4year university degree/medical qualification plus a 12month internship.
For international applicants:
- Valid medical qualifications recognised under the Competent Authority Pathway or the Specialist Pathway (as detailed on the Medical Board of Australia s website).
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of postqualification experience
- Excellent interpersonal and empathetic skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced adaptable environment
- Meet the standard registration requirements for relevant national boards including checks on criminal history English language proficiency recent practice indemnity insurance and ongoing professional development.
