Job Description
**Skills Requirements:** **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow CAM or IRM Business Analyst 5 years of experience in designing and building business processes 3 years of experience with process flow documentation creation Understanding of Agile software development practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. **Required Skills:** Solid Business Analyst experience with IT Infrastructure specifically in the area of Risk Management Continuous Authorization and Monitoring with a good understanding of vulnerability assessments. Knowledge and experience with overall ServiceNow Ecosystem and able to understand customer needs and requirements quickly to put together proposed solutions. Strong communication and reporting skills. Team player who stands out as an individual contributor and can mentor other team members to manage and achieve project milestones.
