These services have applicability across a variety of industries including banking & financial services insurance retail higher education food healthcare and manufacturing.

• Working with Product to get the backlog ready communicating the backlog readiness to the Engineering team execute scrum ceremonies. Calculating team s capacity based on their leave plans understanding priorities and accordingly load the sprint anticipating and highlighting the delay/risk and working on mitigation plan to absorb that delay/risk.
  
• Working with Engineering Leads to get the technical backlog ready communicating the backlog readiness to key stakeholders.
  
• Grooming team to maintain the backlog health and benefits behind following scrum ceremonies.
  
• Reporting out progress ensuring dependencies are covered overseeing the gaps between teams processes and systems while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery. Figure out the sequencing of the work so that engineering can be optimized.
  
• Utilizes communications as a preventive control.
  

• Retrospectives staff meetings status meetings to describe and drive continuous improvements also doing assessment by retrieving Rally/Jira metrices to find out improvements.
  

• Decomposes problems into coherent units of work (ideation/conceptualization to ). Organizes for optimal delivery. Negotiates priorities facilitates progress identifies blockers raises visibility of issues to manager.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems organizing work facilitating scrum ceremonies and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models. (must have)
  
• Good understanding and exposure of tools like Rally Jira. Exporting and tracking data points/reports from these tools. (must have)
  
• Proven track record of data driven decisionmaking and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
  
• Can communicate to peers and leadership teams with impact and authenticity.
  
• In past have worked on Java & API based projects (good to have)
