GENERAL MANAGER - Star world Satellite

We are into Mobile Accessories & IT Products Whole Sales. Looking for a GM from Sales Sector. Leading Trading organization in Bahrain is seeking a General Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the same field. Proficiency in Hindi English is an added advantage.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys operations ensuring efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daytoday operations of the company.
• Managing staff tasks efficiently.
• Monitoring productivity and efficiency of the work environment
• Implementing new strategies to improve business performance
• Recognizing the teams efforts
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulatory and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients suppliers and partners.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Report directly to the Chairman & Director
