Job Summary: The Associate Financial Advisor supports senior advisors in providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients. This role involves conducting research preparing financial plans and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services excellent communication skills and a clientfocused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies for clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze financial data.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Support in managing client portfolios and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in financial planning advising or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Series 7 and/or 66 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50000 $70000 per year
- Bonus: Performancebased bonuses available
- Benefits: Health dental retirement plans and paid time off
