Job Title: Job Evaluation Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Conduct job evaluations using established methodologies and tools to determine job worth and compensation levels.
- Analyze job descriptions responsibilities and qualifications to assess job value and classification.
- Benchmark roles against industry standards and market data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
- Collaborate with HR teams managers and other stakeholders to provide recommendations on job grades salary ranges and compensation strategies.
- Develop and maintain job evaluation documentation including job descriptions evaluation reports and compensation guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends compensation practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff and management on job evaluation and compensationrelated matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
- Experience in job evaluation compensation analysis or a related HR function.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g. point factor market pricing) and compensation structures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven recommendations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and job evaluation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
