Overview
The Client Coordinator plays a crucial role in our organization by serving as the main point of contact for clients. They are responsible for ensuring that client needs are met and their expectations are exceeded while maintaining strong relationships. This role contributes to the overall success of the company by ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services to clients.
- Manage client accounts including maintaining client records and handling contract renewals.
- Provide support to clients offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate client meetings and events including scheduling and preparing materials.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback gathering.
- Assist in resolving client issues and escalating as needed.
- Monitor and track client interactions and outcomes using CRM systems.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity satisfaction and performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in client presentations and proposals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client management.
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a clientfacing role or customer service position.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.

Work Location: Thoraipakkam Chennai.
