Job Description
Overview
As a Solution Architect you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative reliable and scalable solutions to meet our organizations technology needs. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and providing technical leadership to development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Lead the design and documentation of endtoend technical solutions considering aspects such as security scalability performance and integration.
- Provide guidance and architectural oversight during the development and implementation phases ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend new solutions or enhancements to existing infrastructure.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks by conducting thorough impact assessments and implementing suitable risk management strategies.
- Support sales and presales activities by articulating the technical capabilities and benefits of proposed solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of integrated systems and solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes tools and frameworks.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Participate in the resolution of complex technical issues and challenges offering expertise and insights to drive effective problemsolving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role demonstrating successful design and implementation of largescale complex systems.
- Expertise in enterpriselevel architecture including knowledge of system integration application development and cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in defining and implementing architectural principles standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of security privacy and compliance considerations in solution design and implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Advanced problemsolving abilities coupled with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Experience with industryleading platforms and technologies such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as TOGAF AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar are highly desirable.
