SAP Advanced Business Application Programming - Human Resource ABAP HR

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
• Create and modify reports interfaces forms and enhancements in the SAP HR module
• Design and implement data models and workflows to support HR business processes
• Conduct testing and debugging of ABAP programs to ensure system stability and performance
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR applications and interfaces
• Participate in system upgrades and implement enhancements to optimize HR functionalities
• Document technical designs specifications and deployment instructions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate HR processes with other SAP modules
• Train end users and provide technical expertise and support for HRrelated issues
• Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices to recommend improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming with a focus on HR module
• Proficiency in data modeling and workflow development within SAP HR
• Indepth knowledge of SAP HR and its integration with other modules such as Payroll and SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP HR system issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Certification in SAP ABAP development is highly desirable
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
