Job Description
Overview:
The Full Stack Testing (API/Appium) role at our MNC is a critical position responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across different platforms. This role plays a crucial part in the development and delivery process by conducting comprehensive testing and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for frontend and backend applications
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify testing requirements
- Perform API testing to validate system functionality
- Utilize Appium for mobile application testing
- Conduct regression testing to ensure ongoing product stability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
- Identify and report software defects in a clear and concise manner
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience with Full Stack Testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Handson experience with Appium for mobile automation testing
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices
- Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Ability to write clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- ISTQB or similar testing certification is a plus
