Responsibilities:
- Support the Institutional Desk with daily operations and trading activities.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and handling renewals for existing customers.
- Learn and provide assistance with basic BackOffice software functions (LidhaDidha).
- Help with the distribution of electronic contract notes via STP and assist with trade settlement workflows.
- Acquire knowledge of market practices related to Institutional Trading.
- Be wellversed in Options Currency and Commodity trading.
- Aid the team with the daily processing and confirmation of trades for all assigned clients.
- Support the team in retaining customers and generating new business opportunities.
- Actively engage with the Frontoffice and Trading team.
- Provide Level 1 support to customers for basic inquiries.
- Manage system licenses and coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate personal integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
