Night Care Practitioner. Fleetwood Hall Care Home
- £11.49 per hour PLUS £2 enhancement for overtime*
- 33 and 38.5 hours per week available
- 3 to 4 shifts per week (8pm8am)

At Fleetwood Hall Care Home part of Sandstone Care Group we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Practitioner to join our team. Located near the beautiful Lancashire coast our recently refurbished 62bed home provides a warm modern and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Under the leadership of our experienced Manager Joanne we are committed to delivering the highest quality care in a personalised and welcoming setting. Our team works together to ensure each resident’s individual needs hobbies and preferences are met fostering a fulfilling and enriched life.
As a Night Care Practitioner your role will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care meals and daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting residents to engage in their hobbies and interests
- Helping maintain a high standard of care and cleanliness
- Collaborating with the team to meet the needs of all residents

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’

- Flexibility to work night shifts as needed
