Requirements
We are looking for staff to deliver meaningful therapeutic recreational activities and care with the following requirements:
- Certificate in Aged AIN Disability or Community
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check Certificate
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Reference Check Number
- COVID19 Vaccination Certificate
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
- Follow through tasks case management notes responding and reporting.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in any situation.
- Ability to work together as part of a team collaborate to solve problems and achieve goals.
- Acceptance to ongoing training for NDIS essential courses and mental health facilitated through Spectrum Care.
- Compassion and empathy to support any child and or adult from the special needs group including people with disabilities people from CALD background people from the LGBTI community veterans indigenous people justice services and people living with debilitating diseases such as Dementia HIV or Parkinson.
