Are you passionate about customer service and making a difference Our team is looking for WorkfromHome Call Center Agents to help process donations for nonprofit organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process donations through inbound and outbound calls.
Provide excellent service and handle donor inquiries.
Accurately input data and follow up as needed.
Meet performance metrics and open doors for career growth
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year remote or 1 year in a related role.
Strong communication skills and a quiet reliable workspace.
Basic computer skills and flexibility with your schedule.
Must have a windows PC or laptop
High Speed Internet Hardwired (No Wifi or VPN)
Must be able to pass a background
Must complete a practice video voice demo
