We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Tax Manager you will play a crucial role in leading and executing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will oversee a team of talented professionals providing guidance mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and mentor a team of highquality staff.
- Deliver a comprehensive range of tax services in full compliance with laws and regulations within specified timeframes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients offering expert planning and consulting.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Coordinate the efforts of the accounting staff and assess their performance.
- Manage the tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Enhance processes by developing and implementing best practices.
- Oversee and coordinate tax audits.
- Bachelors degree in accounting from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Five to eight years of public accounting experience
- Active state Certified Public Accountant license or equivalent recognized by the firm (e.g. Chartered Professional Accountant) required.
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients.
- Excellent communication leadership and client service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
