- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing positions including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for roles such as production operators maintenance technicians quality control inspectors engineers and other manufacturing staff.
- Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and fit for manufacturing environments.

- Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role including technical skills certifications and experience with machinery or production processes.

- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in preparing compliance reports such as EEO1 and other regulatory filings as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Manufacturing or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 35 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on manufacturing roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes industry regulations and safety standards.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for manufacturing positions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
