Overview:
The Nail Artist plays a crucial role in delivering highquality nail services to clients contributing to their overall confidence and satisfaction. They will provide professional nail care treatments create personalized designs and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients to discuss their nail care needs and preferences.
- Providing nail care services such as manicures pedicures and nail extensions.
- Crafting unique and creative nail designs based on clients requests.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized work area and sterilizing tools to ensure safety.
- Utilizing various techniques to achieve desired nail art including freehand and airbrushing.
- Advising clients on proper nail care practices and recommending suitable products.
- Keeping up with industry trends and new nail art techniques.
- Handling customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Managing appointment bookings and maintaining accurate client records.
- Collaborating with other team members to create a welcoming and professional salon environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nail Artist or Nail Technician.
- Completion of a nail technician or cosmetology program.
- Proficiency in performing various nail care techniques including manicures pedicures and nail art.
- Strong knowledge of nail products brands and industry trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail in nail art design.
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards for nail care.
- Accurate and organized recordkeeping abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
