Overview:

The Partner Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key business partners. This position requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of partner needs to drive growth and maximize mutual success. The Partner Relationship Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication and interactions
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective product knowledge and adoption
  • Resolve partner issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify growth opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to advise partners accordingly
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align partner activities and maximize revenue
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to drive partner engagement and performance


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in partner relationship management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales and partnership strategies
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive partnership growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding partnership goals
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
