Operations Administrative Assistant
Duties/Responsibilities
Provides general administrative and clerical support to include scanning indexing and filing material for Warehouse Leadership Team.
Managing visits for the leaders agenda planning presentations banquet orders and acting as the liaison for all participants
Supports various projects organize and schedule appointments write and distribute email correspondence forms and memos.
Maintains supplies inventory for the office by managing the stock levels and placing orders for supplies.
Ability to work overtime as need to include weekends.
Process bill of ladings for daily shipping and coordinate to the proper carriers.
Work closely with Customer Service Team in order to give excellent service to our customers.
Call our LTL carrier for shipments departing.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Quals
There will be possibility of conversion.
Overtime Requirements minimal
Onsite Interviews will be conducted.
Skills/Experience/Competencies
Degree preferred but not required.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a quality focus and attention to detail and proactivity with ideas and recommendations for productivity and efficiency
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support position(s)
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word Excel Power Point Outlook and Teams
Experience working in SAP (S/4 preferred)
Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to handle confidential information and work with a high level of integrity and ethics.
Strong organizational skills
Experience providing Admin support in an operational/warehouse environment!
