Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the workplace and implementing safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. The Safety Officer will also be involved in conducting safety inspections training employees on safety protocols and maintaining safety records.
Responsibilities:
. Implement and monitor safety procedures in the workplace
. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
. Investigate and report on accidents and nearmisses
. Maintain safety records and documentation
. Stay updated on industry safety regulations and best practices
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Safety Officer or similar role
Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
