Daytime Care Practitioner. Ribble Court Care Home
- £11.61 per hour
- 33 hours per week 3 shifts
- 8am8pm
At Ribble Court Care Home we believe in creating vibrant modern and highquality environments where residents and staff can truly thrive. Our stunning 53bed home opened just 2 years ago offers stateoftheart amenities including a coffee shop/bistro hair & nail salon separate dining and lounge areas and beautifully landscaped gardens. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care supported by the latest care planning and nursecall technology.
Our home delivers specialist and complex nursing care as well as residential dementia care across separate floors with a focus on personcentred support tailored to the needs and wishes of our residents.
As a Care Practitioner your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking relevant training to enhance your skills
- Supporting residents with personal care hygiene meals and daily activities
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Encouraging residents to engage in their preferred hobbies and activities
- Maintaining a high standard within the care environment
- Collaborating with the team to meet residents’ individual needs

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
