Position: Restaurant Manager (Sea Food)
Location: Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Contact Details: Fulltime
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at a seafood restaurant in Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff ensuring highquality service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor and manage inventory ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
- Create and maintain budgets track expenses and ensure profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Train and supervise staff ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment fostering teamwork and promoting employee growth and development
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus ensuring the highest quality and freshness of ingredients
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and performance evaluations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make necessary changes and improvements to the restaurants operations and offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a highend seafood restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations including ordering inventory management and budgeting
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
