Job Description
Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC is a leading marketing and communications agency based in Dubai specializing in providing comprehensive solutions to businesses across various industries. We offer a range of services including graphic design branding digital marketing and public relations. Our goal is to help our clients stand out in the competitive market through innovative and impactful design solutions. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
As a Graphic Designer at Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. You will work closely with our team to understand the clients needs and objectives and translate them into highquality designs that align with their brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail excellent design skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various marketing and communication materials including but not limited to brochures flyers social media graphics website banners and advertisements.
Collaborate with the team to understand clients requirements and deliver designs that meet their objectives and brand guidelines.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing consistent and effectively communicate the intended message.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the final product meets the desired specifications.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects.
Maintain organized design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Strong design portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and techniques.
Excellent understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English Arabic is a plus.
